Rubber Profiles
Do you need a proven rubber profile for a specific application? Or do standard solutions not meet the requirements of your design?
At Kabat, we offer a wide selection of ready-made rubber profiles, and if none of them meets your needs, we can develop a solution from scratch.
We design the profile geometry and rubber compound as a single solution, taking into account the product’s function, operating conditions, and technical requirements.
You can:
- select a profile from our existing range,
- send a technical drawing or sample,
- provide a sample of an existing profile,
- or simply describe the application and the problem you want to solve.
From rubber compound and tool design to finished profile – we carry out the entire process in one facility.
A ready-made profile may be the simplest solution
It is not always necessary to start a new project.
We have a large number of already developed rubber profiles used in many industries. Choosing an existing solution allows you to reduce the time needed for implementation and avoid the costs associated with preparing a new profile.

It is not always necessary to design from scratch
We have a large number of already developed rubber profiles. Choosing an existing solution can shorten implementation time and reduce its cost.
If you do not find a suitable cross-section, we will prepare a profile tailored to your design.
Profile and compound tailored to the application
The effectiveness of a profile is determined not only by its shape, but also by the properties of the rubber.
We select the compound based on:
- operating temperature,
- UV and ozone,
- weather conditions,
- mechanical requirements,
- contact with selected media.
We produce profiles based on EPDM, SBR, NBR, NR, and BR.
Verify the solution before serial production
For a new profile, we prepare the tool and a trial batch. After testing, we can introduce corrections to the geometry or solution parameters.
Standard implementation cost is 500–1,000 PLN net, and typical time to first batch is approximately 4–6 weeks.
This allows you to verify the profile before starting regular deliveries.
Repeatability in subsequent batches
We control profile dimensions and production process parameters.
We work to tolerance class E2 according to ISO 3302-1 as standard, and for selected dimensions it is possible to agree on tighter tolerances.
Our own laboratory allows us to control compound properties and maintain repeatability of subsequent batches.
Profile ready for installation
We can supply not only extruded profile, but also an element prepared for further application.
We offer:
- cutting to size,
- angle cutting,
- bonding and joining,
- closed frames and gaskets,
- double-sided tape,
- marking,
- slip coatings,
- delivery in lengths or on spools.
This reduces additional operations on your end.

Depending on the application, they can perform sealing, protective, damping, or insulating functions.
