CSR Initiatives

Kabat Tyre has been growing as a Polish family business since 1983. We are part of the local community, which is why we combine responsibility for our surroundings with our company’s everyday operations. We support social initiatives, help young people gain professional experience, and provide our employees with access to additional benefits.

We support sports and local initiatives

We regularly engage in sponsoring sports events, school teams, and football clubs. We support initiatives that enable active leisure time, encourage personal interests, and build relationships among local residents.

We also take part in supporting harvest festivals and agriculture-related events, including fairs and exhibitions. This is an environment closely tied to our business and to many of our product users.

We get involved in charitable activities

We support charitable initiatives organized by associations and magazine editorial teams. Working with the organizers of such initiatives allows us to contribute to causes that address specific social needs.

We help build professional experience

We run an internship program for students of vocational schools. We give young people the opportunity to experience the work environment at a manufacturing company and to gain practical experience.

We see our cooperation with schools as an investment in future talent and in the development of professional skills in the region.

We look after our employees’ everyday needs

Kabat Tyre employees can use the company cafeteria, where lunches are partially subsidized by the employer.

The company also offers group insurance and private medical care. The cost of private medical care is partially covered by the employer.
