Does the component fit but wear out too quickly?
Shape alone is not enough. Loads, friction, temperature, and substances in contact with the rubber also matter.
Describe what happens to the current component: does it wear, crack, deform, or lose elasticity? This information will help us define requirements and select the appropriate compound.
We manufacture products from our own KABAT rubber compounds, taking into account the required hardness, elasticity, and resistance to operating conditions. We offer hardness up to 80 ShA, selected for the specific application.
Does the rubber operate in freezing or elevated temperatures?
Provide the operating temperature and the duration of exposure. We will help select a material suited to these conditions.
Depending on the compound, we offer products for applications in temperatures from −65°C to +70°C. If you require a solution for higher temperatures, we will assess feasibility after agreeing on requirements.
Need a larger component?
Send us its dimensions and documentation—we will verify whether we can manufacture it.
We have three presses with dimensions of 1300 × 2500 mm, 1000 × 1600 mm, and 1310 × 2250 mm. For selected products, upon agreement, we can also use a 800 × 3600 mm press.
Possible dimensions of the finished product are determined individually, taking into account component construction, mold design, and production requirements.
Need to combine rubber elasticity with a metal element?
If your design requires bonding rubber to metal, we can manufacture a rubber-to-metal bonded product using metal parts supplied by you.
Send a drawing or photo of the component and describe its function. We will assess the feasibility of the bond and select a rubber compound suited to the operating conditions.
Does your component require additional reinforcement?
When the application requires a reinforced construction, we offer rubber products reinforced with textile cord.
Describe the loads and operating mode of the component—we will help determine the appropriate reinforcement construction and rubber properties.
