Our range includes rubber compounds for various applications, including: tread compounds, oil-resistant compounds, compounds with enhanced abrasion resistance, compounds for vulcanization in salt baths and air tunnels, compounds with PZH certification for contact with drinking water, and general-purpose compounds.

We Maintain a Professional Laboratory Facility
We have a professional Technology Department and an experienced, specialized team, which guarantees the highest quality of our products. The Technology Department consists of several areas: product design, process engineering, and product technology. Each is tailored to the individual requirements and needs of the client.
Furthermore, depending on individual requirements, physico-mechanical parameters are controlled in accordance with PN and PN-ISO standards, as well as internal automotive manufacturer standards such as VW and BMW:
- Shore hardness,
- tensile strength and elongation at break,
- tear resistance,
- scorch time,
- determination of vulcanization parameters,
- abrasion resistance,
- density,
- Mooney viscosity,
- compression set,
- resistance to accelerated heat aging,
- resistance to accelerated ozone aging.
We Meet Customer Standards
We also produce compounds according to parameters provided by the customer, and guarantee technological consulting regarding the application of our compounds.
Rubber compounds are sold in various forms according to individual customer preferences:
- in sheets coated with anti-adhesive agent,
- in sheets with knurled film interlayer,
- calendered,
- in strips.
