Rubber Compounds
As an engineer, business owner, or purchasing agent, you face the task of choosing the right compound and the right supplier. We will help you navigate this process and minimize your involvement at every stage.
A compound that performs not only in the lab but, most importantly, in your production.
We develop and produce rubber compounds tailored to your product, technological process, and required parameters. We can start with a batch of 120–160 kg and then scale production to large, repeatable volumes.
Are you looking for a compound? Or perhaps a solution to a problem?
You might be trying to solve one of these problems:
- the material wears out too quickly,
- parameters change between batches,
- vulcanization problems occur,
- the compound behaves poorly during processing,
- the current formulation is too expensive,
- you need a second source of supply.
You don’t have to come to us with a ready-made formulation. You can come with a problem, and our technologists will help you find the right material solution.
We design compounds like a compounder. We view them like a manufacturer.
We process rubber ourselves in tires, inner tubes, seals, and other rubber products. Therefore, when developing a compound, we consider not only its laboratory parameters but also how it will behave during the actual production process.
During design, we focus on refining the compound at each of the following stages:
- Mixing
- Extrusion
- Calendering
- Molding
Fewer trials. Fewer implementation problems. Faster transition to stable production.
Start with 120-160 kg. Scale without changing suppliers.
We have lines and mixers of various capacities and a production capability of approximately 45,000 tons of rubber per year. This allows a small project to be developed with the same partner up to large volumes.
Flexibility during implementation. Scale when you need it.
How can we help you?
- Development of a new compound – when you need a material tailored to a specific product, parameters, and process.
- Adjustment of an existing formulation – when the compound works, but you want to improve its parameters, processability, or cost.
- Alternative to the current compound – when you are looking for a second source of supply or want to become independent of a single manufacturer.
- Production according to your formulation – when you have your own know-how but want to outsource industrial compound production.
- Recycling and reuse of rubber – when you want to recover material, reduce waste, or increase the share of recycled raw materials.
- Technological process support – when the problem doesn’t end with the formulation itself.
The less the compound changes, the less you have to change your production.
We control key compound parameters to ensure their repeatability between subsequent batches.
- mechanical properties,
- vulcanization parameters,
- abrasion resistance,
- permanent deformation,
- aging,
- ozone resistance,
- swelling in liquids,
- other tests depending on the application.
A repeatable compound means more predictable production, fewer process adjustments, and a lower risk of defects.

Sustainability / recycling
Before a compound becomes waste, let’s check if it can be reused.
We undertake projects related to the recycling of rubber compounds and the use of recycled materials, renewable raw materials, and mass balance solutions.
We seek solutions that reduce the consumption of virgin materials while still meeting the product’s technological requirements.
Tell us what you expect from a compound.
You can send us a specification, your current formulation, a material sample, or simply describe the problem you are trying to solve.
